Our services are first class in a warm and friendly atmosphere. | Our Spa is designed to provide the ultimate in comfort,
privacy and relaxation. Services are performed in private rooms and your
privacy is respected at all times. We provide robes, gowns and slippers for
your convince during services. If you have any sensitivities, or medical
conditions, we suggest that you discuss them privately with your technician
prior to your service. If you are pregnant, we recommend approval from your
doctor before scheduling services.
For massages, facials and body treatments, it is best to remove jewelry and store in a secure place. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. So that all of our clients may enjoy a peaceful, relaxing environment, the Spa is reserved for adults. No children under 18 are allowed in the Spa, unless they are receiving services. Insurance prohibits children from being in our spa. We ask that you please turn off cellular phones and beepers during your services. |

| Appointment |
| Scheduling is designed to permit the proper amount of time required to complete each service. Please be on time for your appointment, so you receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced. A Visa or MasterCard number is required to confirm your appointment. Please contact us for information on group bookings. |

| Cancellation Policy |
| So that we may accommodate all of our customers, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice on all individual services. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied on cancellations that are less than the required amount of time. |

| Gratuities |
| Customary gratuities for services are 15%. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients, and we sincerely appreciate your kindness. However, we do not allow adding gratuities to a credit card, personal checks, or gift certificates. |

|
| Payment for Services |
| We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, Visa and MasterCard. |
|
|
| Retail Products |
| We will be happy to fully refund any purchases of unopened
products. Opened products will be refunded at 50%. We have a 30 day return policy on retail products. |
